Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
On arrival at Delhi Airport, our representative will meet you at the airport and assist you with hotel check-in. Stay overnight in the hotel.
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast in the morning, go for a sightseeing tour of Delhi. Visit Raj Ghat – the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi, and Shanti Vana – the cremation sites of Jawaharlal Nehru, and Jama Masjid. Next visit the Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, Qutub Minar, Humayun’s tomb, India Gate, and Birla temple. Later drive to the President’s House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings, and Connaught Place shopping center. Stay overnight in the hotel.
Day 3: Agra Transfer
Post breakfast, begin a drive to Agra. On the way take a stopover at Sikandra for photography. On reaching Agra, check into the hotel. Later visit the Agra Fort which has the Pearl Mosque, Diwan-e-Aam, and Diwan-e-Khas. Stay overnight in Agra.
Day 4: Jaipur Transfer
Next day after breakfast, visit the famous Taj Mahal built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. The monument is made of white marble and took 22 years to be completed. Afterward, leave for a drive to Jaipur, via Fatehpur Sikri, built between 1571 and 1585. It is one of the finest examples of Mughal architectural splendor. Though the city is in ruins, it’s a must-visit place for those who flock in Agra.
Once you are done sightseeing the Fatehpur Sikri, continue towards Jaipur and complete the check-in formalities. Stay overnight in Jaipur.
Day 5: Jaipur Sightseeing Tour
In the morning, visit the Amer Fort & Palace – the ancient capital of the ruling maharajas in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Within the fortress, visit the Sheesh Mahal which is the hall glittering with mirrors. While driving back to the city, take a halt at Jal Mahal – the water palace of Jaipur. Then continue with sightseeing of Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and Albert Hall Museum. Stay overnight in Jaipur.Day 6: Amritsar Transfer via Delhi
After breakfast, drive back to Delhi. On arrival get transferred to the railway station for boarding a train to Amritsar. Meet the representative on arrival and get transferred to the pre-booked hotel. Stay overnight in Amritsar.
Day 7: Amritsar Sightseeing Tour
Post breakfast, embark on a full-day city tour of Amritsar, visiting Golden Temple – the most important Sikh pilgrimage site which is also called Mecca for the Sikhs and is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical traditions of the Sikhs. Next visit to Jalianwala Bagh – known for its incident on April 13, 1919, between British and Gurkha soldiers opened fire on an unarmed forbidden gathering, killing hundreds of civilians.In the evening visit Indo-Pak Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony. It is an army outpost on the Indo-Pak border around 30 km from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening “Beating the Retreat” ceremony.
After a sightseeing tour, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 8: Delhi Departure
Today, check out from the hotel and leave for Delhi departure. After reaching Delhi, leave for a journey onwards. The tour concludes here.
